Pike Peak is an ideal trek. Lying just to the south of the Everest Trail we pass through authentic Sherpa villages. From the Linkhu Khola we steadily climb through terraced fields, then rhododendron and magnolia forest. We now leave villages behind us and ascend further through hemlock firs to the cheese factory at Ngaur.
