Lower Dolpo Trek 22 Day
 
  Lower Dolpa trek offers a real adventure trekking on remote and rugged natural unspoiled corner simply beyond the Himalayan valleys across western Nepal. The Dolpo region preserves one of the last remnants of traditional Tibetan culture where the pre-Buddhist Bon-Po religion is still in practice. High mountains including the Dhaulagiri massif to the southeast surround this spiritual sanctuary. Dolpo region provides the opportunities to visit ancient villages, high passes, beautiful Lakes, isolated Buddhist monasteries and also to experience the vast array of wildlife inhabiting the region in Nepal. Dolpo region preserved Eco-system encompasses a wild and wonderful variety of flora and fauna, including Blue sheep, Mountain Goat, Jackal, Wolf and the legendary Snow Leopard.

Day 01 : Arrive in KTM airport drive to hotel

Day 02 : fre Day in kathmandu

Day 03 : Free day

Day 04 : Kathmandu Nepalganj to Juphal by flight & trek to Dunai

Day 05 : Dunai – Hanke (2660m.)

Day 06 : Ankhe – Sumdo.

Day 07 : Somdu – Phokshundo (3728m.)

Day 08 : Excursion around Phokshundo

Day 09 : Phokshundo - Yak Kharka. (4700m.)

Day 10 : Yak Kharka - Shey Gompa. (4900m.)

Day 11 : Shey Gompa - Saldang.

Day 12 : Saldang - Yak Kharka.

Day 13 : Yak Kharka - Thaksema.

Day 14 : Thaksema – Dho Tarap (4040m.)

Day 15 : Dho Tarap - River side.

Day 16 : River side - Odar

Day 17 : Odar - Eklebhatti.

Day 18 : Eklebhatti - Dunai.

Day 19 : Dunai - Juphal.

Day 20 : Juphal flight to Nepaljung then fly back to Kathmamndu

Day 21 : Free day In Kathmandu
